The personal training sessions are done on a one-on-one individual basis with Stan Andrews in a safe and structured environment.  In order to design a personal training program, Andrews consults with the client to integrate their goals, availability, and personal history into his custom Andrews’  Mitt Training Program. The programs are also designed based upon the following experience levels of the client: Basic requires no martial arts experience, Intermediate requires 7 years or less martial arts or boxing experience, and Advanced requires 8 or more years experience in martial arts or boxing
