Since its creation, Andrews Mitt Training, LLC (AMT) has been providing patron focused goal-specific training programs. Founded by Stan Andrews in 2000, AMT prides itself in utilizing mitt, defensive, and martial arts based training programs to measure progressive goal setting and on-going achievement.  We live in a world of fast paced times and technology, where time is of the essence.  This time factor has led many an unbalanced diet and midsection bulges. The resolve has been “get fit fast” schemes, slick packaging, empty promises in a bottle, and the compromise to unfulfilled and boring workouts.  Because of these notions, many people are beginning to look for something a little less traditional, something real, something that will allow them to grow more meaningful in more ways than one.  All of Andrews Mitt Training programs uniquely fulfill these needs.

At AMT, we have created programs that can be tailored to the specific needs and goals of an individual while simultaneously keeping them motivated and encouraged. Our programs are utilized for many reasons including health and fitness, law enforcement, stress reduction, athletic training and preparation, and self-defense. The programs are designed to develop discipline, confidence, focus, and of course fun.   

We realized that large chain-based gymnasiums can be intimidating to those who are just starting a fitness regime, as well as to the more experienced. The opening of this facility allowed our clients’ to come into a place, where there are few to no people around at a given session, and have a little more privacy. At AMT, our number one priority is to make sure that our clients’ needs are met!!!
